From warm meals shared to acts of quiet generosity, this is what makes our towns feel like home.

A pillar of compassion in Westport, Homes with Hope provides shelter, meals, and support services to individuals and families facing homelessness. Their Thanksgiving outreach embodies what home truly represents safety, belonging, and hope.
2. Weston Warm-Up Fund: Comfort Through the Cold
The Weston Warm-Up Fund ensures no one is left in the cold by helping residents cover essential heating and utility costs. It’s a reminder that community is built on small acts of care that keep families safe and warm.
3. Wilton Social Services: Thanksgiving with Heart
Each November, Wilton Social Services organizes meal programs for families in need — complete with turkeys, trimmings, and plenty of gratitude. Volunteers, schools, and local businesses come together to make sure every table is full and every home feels the warmth of the season.
